Odiham Health Centre Trust Fund was established in 1995 and received registered charity status from The Charity Commissioners in the same year. Our registered charity number is 1048443. The President and Trustees are:

Dr I J Goold LRCP, MRCS, MBBS, DRCOG, DCH (President)

Sister S Hooker SRN (Founder Trustee)

Mr P Humphrey BSc (Hons), FRSA, MCMI (Founder Trustee/Hon. Director)

Dr H. Heywood BA (Cambs), BM BS, MRCGP was appointed a trustee in January 2007.

Mrs P F Dingwall MA (Hons) (Oxon) was appointed a trustee in August 2008.

Mrs A B Humphrey was appointed a trustee in August 2008.

The trust adopted the working name Pathfinders for Patients in 2006. We supported the ‘Year of the Volunteer’ Campaign in 2005 and are registered with Guide Star UK. We also comply with the principles of Good Governance (A code for the voluntary & community sector).
